All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

Please note that deposits are not transferable for same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows).

The only way your deposit can be transferred is if you personally log in to the booking system and reschedule your appointment online.

If the system does not allow you to reschedule, it means:

• You attempted to change your appointment too close to the scheduled time, or   
• You have rescheduled too many times.

In these cases, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Important: All booking, rescheduling, and cancellations must be handled online only. Please do not call, text, email, or DM to cancel or make changes to your appointment.

We understand that life is busy, and sometimes work comes with you.

Laptops are welcome, but please:

• Avoid bringing large bags, backpacks, or excessive items that take up space.
• Keep your head positioned as directed during your service. Looking down at devices can affect the quality and outcome of your style.
• Limit cell phone use during your appointment so that your stylist can provide the best possible service.

If you can, we encourage you to use your appointment as a time to unplug, relax, and enjoy your Ace Lux experience.

• A 15 min grace period is granted. After 15 mins. your appointment is automatically cancelled unless stated otherwise.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• 24-hour cancellations will be charged 50% of scheduled service.

• Hair does not need to be shampooed or conditioned prior to appointment BUT does need to be free of previous style and detangled.
• Hair that is matted or extremely tangled is subject to detangling fee.

Ace Luxe Hair Studio is committed to maintaining a peaceful and professional atmosphere.

Please come alone to your appointment.

Children, friends, and additional guests are not permitted inside the suite unless they are receiving a service.

If someone accompanies you, they are welcome to wait in the seating area outside the suite.

Please bring any snacks or drinks for your guest as our complimentary snacks and beverages are reserved for clients only.
